What Beaumont is like
As Jay explains in our Beaumont video, it’s a short 10-to-15-minute commute south of Edmonton and very close to the airport — which makes it a great fit if you work in the south quadrant of the city or travel often.
Beaumont is one of the most French parts of Alberta, with genuine French heritage and events. Its landmark is the St. Vital church on the hill — first built around 1895, rebuilt after a 1918 fire, and still the centre of town, sitting on roughly 30 acres at the highest point.
